New parish church

The construction of this church began in 1965 and was completed in 1976. It is characterised by its hexagonal floor plan covered by a roof in the shape of a step pyramid.

The construction costs were covered by collections, private donations and events held at the Nautical Club and La Terraza cinema since 1961.
